Summary: I contacted super 8 by virtual chat. I requested early checkin at 11 am. The agent stated the request had been sent and if I get an email back then the itinerary had been updated. I received an email saying it had been adjusted. When I arrived the man checking me in was not aware of my request and said the room would not be ready until 1pm. This was a huge inconvenience and very frustrating. This did not make a good impression for customer service.
